The segment and e-mail format links do not work in a marketing campaign. This is only happen with an Interaction Center Business Rol.
These are the steps that i follow:
Log into CRM with an Interaction Center Business Rol
Search for a Campaign
Open a campaign
Click on Segment link or e-mail format link
The system does not do anything
I made the same test with the same user but with the MARKETINGPRO Business Rol, the segment and the e-mail format links work fine. This is not a security Issue bacause a already run a trace (ST01) and I didn't get any error.
