Segment link in Marketing Campaign

Hello,

The segment and e-mail format links do not work in a marketing campaign. This is only happen with an Interaction Center Business Rol.

These are the steps that i follow:

    Log into CRM with an Interaction Center Business Rol

    Search for a Campaign

    Open a campaign

    Click on Segment link or e-mail format link

    The system does not do anything

I made the same test with the same user but with the MARKETINGPRO Business Rol, the segment and the e-mail format links work fine. This is not a security Issue bacause a already run a trace (ST01) and I didn't get any error.

Are segments and emails part available in the navigation bar of your custom role? If not then the navigation might not work.

Yes, segments and emails are part available, if I search directly in the search links, I could click on the result and I see the details.
