About survey -vendor evaluation

Dear experts,

When using the survey, as I know, I can only send the questionaire to vendor by external, then the supplier reply the the email to answer the question.

Can I using any other way to reply the questionnaire ? NWBC, Portal, GUI, either is OK.

Please help on this.
