Custom KM report for mass operations

Hi all,

Can I create a custom km report for update one property in km repository?

There is in a standard report Propagate properties, but this method use a document template, we need change a boolean custom property with true or false depending of others values.

This is possible. The following example was done longtime back in EP 7.03 and was done to "display" the KM properties, but similar program can be written to "mass-change" properties also

yes you can create a custom KM report update , modifying and even uploading new document.

can u explain this in detail , which value of km doc you want to change ?

Hi Govardan,

I have defined a custom boolean property for all documents.

This property change to true when a document is published and it is false when a document has been updated.

The problem, we need to update this property in all old documents with true or false, this value depends on the comparison of dates, to determine whether a document is published or not.

Hi,

I can modify this property in one document  with one method uicommand.

But I need modify all old documents but the value of this property is not equal in all documents, for this reason I can't use the standard report Propagate properties.

How can I create a custom report for to perform this functionality?
