Parameter recommendations for instance with 24 GB Memory

I have a 24 GB Ram SAP System. Can anyone kindly advice on instance parameter recommendations for 24 GB memory in RZ10?

to add more please also consider how many users you are expecting in system .

How many Work process are you are planning in the system

rest please find the notes with respect of your OS / DB combination .

There are SAP notes with recommended memory parameters and values. They are based on the OS and kernel. As there is no information of the OS you have, please do a quick search on SMP to see the notes.

Once you have the SAP notes run sappfpar and check the present memory assignment.

Also take the memory assigned for the database into account.

You should decide this on the basis of your product installed, database, swapspace, load and other parameters. Find a relevant SAP note for your release and make adjustment as suggested.
