I am facing below error while trying to open WAD templates post upgrade.

Hi Tanu,
Check with the BASIS team if RFC connection is working, if you know the RFC you can do a connection test yourself

1)Can you please clarify regarding what is the SP and Patch Level applied to BI Java components?
Please refer the SAP KBA '1899396 - Patch Level 0 for BI Java Installation - Detailed Information'
2)Do you see any error message below 'Unknown Error' message which is occuring? If yes, can you please clarify regarding what is the error message occuring?

Hi,
Please note that the first attached file contains the SP level of SAP BW ABAP component. It does not show the information about BI Java components and the second attached file only shows the error message Unknown Error.
Can you please provide the following details which I asked earlier here:
1)Can you please clarify regarding what is the SP and Patch Level applied to BI Java components?
Please refer the SAP KBA '1899396 - Patch Level 0 for BI Java Installation - Detailed Information'
You can find the information of BI Java components relevant to your release from the KBA Note 1899396.
2)Do you see any error message below 'Unknown Error' message which is illustrated in the second attached file ? If yes, can you please clarify regarding what is the error message occuring apart from Unknown error message?

Hi Tanu,
Just a guess. It seems like a portal issue. We face the same problem in our system when explorer is open for a long time (For example if I leave explorer page open for the night time, in the morning I can't run any query until I close all pages). You may contact your portal administrator.
