Duplicate Service Requests getting created in SAP CRM

Hi,

We are having an issue where Duplicate Service Requests are getting created with Exactly the same data at Exactly the same time.

We do have a Order Save validation of preventing creation of another Service Request if there is already one existing with the same data. However, since the SRs are getting created simultaneously that duplicate check isn't helping.

This issue only comes 'Sometimes' and that too only in Production system. Hence, we are not able to reproduce it to debug and determine the root cause.

We have gone through our custom developments (BAdi, Call back events etc.) and didn't find any thing which might be causing the issue.

Can anyone give some pointers as to why this issue might be arising. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if you have found out the cause. If not, would you please provide more information like the business role, all the detailed steps, etc?
