Issue in Recruitment Process

Hello all,

We are facing some issue in SAP HR Module ( Recruitment Process)

We are entering Applicant Data in T code PB10 (Initial entry of basic data)

But we are unable to go through "further data screen" in PRD system (screen shot is attached for your reference).

we have tested same scenario in DEV & QAS System and its working fine

Pl. find the attachment of the whole scenario with screen shots which would help you the understand my issue.

we would request you all people to kindly advice on the solution.

Expert advice would be highly appreciated.

Which info group is considered for PB10 transaction.

PB10 is tocode for initial applicant data entry. Now if you ask me which IG is being selected, it depends on the consultant who has configured, it may be even initial master data entry IG or even may Recruitment Internal or external IG..it totally depends, if you have the configuration doc in your organization you can easily identify the IG

Whole Recruitment configuration cannot be explained in detailed out here coz its a bit tie hard

Please check the sequnce no of infotypes assigned to user group.

I believe it will be an issue with Transportation. Can you please check the infogroup in PRD whether 0002 is present?
