Issue in Recruitment Process

Hello all,

We are facing some issue in SAP HR Module ( Recruitment Process)

We are entering Applicant Data in T code PB10 (Initial entry of basic data)

But we are unable to go through "further data screen" in PRD system (screen shot is attached for your reference).

we have tested same scenario in DEV & QAS System and its working fine

Pl. find the attachment of the whole scenario with screen shots which would help you the understand my issue.

we would request you all people to kindly advice on the solution.

Expert advice would be highly appreciated.
