Line item get deleted in PO & PR.

Hello,

We are facing issue in posting the goods receipt in MIGO,
since the line items in the Purchase Order is getting deleted automatically and
in turn Purchase Requisition Number is deleted.

What are the probable reason for thie?

we have checked everything but didnt find solution?

Can you used PM Module in your company.

When a Purchase Requisition (PR) is created from PM order using control key PM03 after approval of PR, Purchase Order (PO) is issued. After completion of maintenance job and acquiring services or material procured against PR which has been created from PM order, PM order is Technically completed. When order status is set as TECO, PR got deleted. This behavior of deletion of PR when order is TECO

This is standard behaviors in the PM/CS order As Of My Knowledge can you used PM Module in your company

You are doing goods receipt in MIGO,since the line items in the Purchase Order deleted automatically and which in turn also in Purchase Requisition Number  deleted - how the process stop you do goods receipt in MIGO for a purchase order for open line items?

If any case the line item deleted, you are going to do  goods receipt in MIGO for open line items only not for deleted item!

If during goods receipt in MIGO,the line items in the Purchase Order deleting automatically and which in turn also in Purchase Requisition, then check any enhancement causing your concern!

Hi, Please check the change log, it is hard to believe that line item is automatically deleted.  Please check with local MM consultant/ABAP.

Please check if you have done any enhancement in PO. It may be some logic issues.

When the line item got deleted ? After GR or before GR ?

I am quite sure, you have some custom development in your system.

Please check with your ABAP team and revert back.
