deadlocks in 9.1 & 9.2 extremely slow performance

Hi

We've been experiencing extremely slow performance after upgrading from SAP b1 9.0 to 9.1,

then we upgraded to different patch levels trying to find a fix until we recently upgraded to 9.2 pl6.

there are so maby deadlocks happening on different tables and no direct reason, also upgraded SQL serve to SQL 2014 SP2 which didn't help.

the storage is fiber SAN on SSDs storage and extremely fast, the server resources are very high and still SAP performance is really bad when multiple users uses the same DB at the same time (about 20 users), switches are all new and all 1GB on clients machine, server is on 100GB link.

the server resource utilization is less than half the allocated capacity.

I would really appreciate any help as I ran out of options working with different vendors on this issues and couldn't find a solution.

does SAP B1 licence has max number of sessions or users?

does a special large NT frame size needs to be specified?

is there any settings in SAP itself that limits numbers of transactions?

is there anything that sets protection levels on any tables that enforces locking?

Thanks
