Access restriction Employee, Accounts(Account Team) in C4C

Hi pros,

What does it mean "Only 500 Accounts!" for new Access restriction Employee, Accounts(Account Team) in C4C 1702?

On the slide 235 there is the following message:

Does it mean that regardless of how many records should be available to the user, only the first 500 are dissplayed? If so, it is not really a good way for distributing data access.

Hi Nadezhda

If the employee has more than 500 accounts, then all accounts are ignored. This is done to prevent from very long execution times, both for the user and for the load on the backend system. However should you face a situation that an Employee has more than 500 Accounts at a time, then please contact SAP Support to aid you on this request from Product.
