The configuration for the Pricing Condition Type ZPR9 is configured for the Pricing Procedure XXXXX.
When ever we try to create a Sales Order, under the item->Conditions. The ZPR9 Condition Type description is Blank. This is what I have done:
I did not create the pricing condition. It was created before this and she notice the issue.
Never the less, it is a copy of PR00. I have removed the condition type ZPR9 in the pricing procedure with something random and it is printing the description correctly. Since table T685T is showing correctly meaning it in the database just that not in the front end. It could be that the table links are not copied correctly. I've ask the basis and abap team to have a look at it.
Unless any of you think otherwise, please share. Much appreciated.

How exactly did you create the new condition type ZPR2 (which also appears without text) - as a copy of an existing condition, which is displayed correctly, as a copy of ZPR9 or from scratch?
Have you compared T685T between ZPR9 and Z003?
Are both screnshots from the same system and client? If not, check if everything was transported correctly.
I assume, that you have already eliminated custom developments as a root cause. If not - double-check your project documentation.

May be it would have been clear had you shared the screen shot showing your issue.
