Creating iViews Dynamically

Dear All,

Is it possible to create different kinds of iViews dynamically like URL iViews, XML iViews etc?

I know that we can create iViews based on existing

PCD object or application.

Please let me know.

Kind regards,

Sreejesh.

    Hi Sreejesh,

Check out the link provided immediately above.

Then you can make a delta link from the URL iView template and provide a target URL of "pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/templates/iviews/com.sap.portal.urliview", and then set all the required properties. You could also create it directly from the portal application "com.sap.portal.httpconnectivity.urliviews.runtime"

    Hope this helps.

    Daniel

    Hi Yoga,

    Thanks for the answer.

But I am looking for a way to create those iViews through program, not through wizard.

If you have any inputs, please share.

    Kind regards,|

    Sreejesh.
