Reorder Point Planning at the SLoc Level

Hello Experts,

We're trying to implement a replenishment strategy for several materials within a plant. Kanban will be used for some materials but we believe a reorder point strategy would be best at the storage location level for other materials. The goal is to have the system automatically create stock transfers from storage location ABC and move the material to storage location XYZ using reorder point planning at storage location XYZ to trigger the demand. Our inventory is WM managed, but we believe an IM solution is our only possibility.

Plant: 0001

Storage locations: 0001 (demand) & 0002 (supply)

Warehouse: 001 (shared with the two SLocs)

Storage types: various

Storage bins: various
