MS Outlook gets inactive - Why?

Former Member

My business customers are using the MS Outlook plug in but many of them are seeing their plug-in disappearing from Outlook.   When we look at the Add-Ins for Outlook, we are seeing that the plug in gets moved to the Inactive plug in list and thus being removed from the screen.  These users might not use the plugin on a daily basis but do use it on a weekly basis.    Does anyone have an idea why this happens and how we can prevent this?

Thanks,

Jeff

Hi Jeff,

We are having the same problem. Did you resolve this?

Thanks,

Kevin,

I would assume this is happening because of some windows updates.

I would open an incident to get best direction if unanswered.
