Cannot Mark Correct Answer on Old Thread

Former Member

I looked back through some of my old threads and found one with a correct answer that I not marked.  I would like to mark it for everyone's benefit, but clicking the Correct Answer button does nothing.  It looks like there is no way to reply to the thread either, so I'm guessing its closed.  Is there a way to do this?

Thanks,

-Chris

Can you share the link for that particular thread? Is it locked?

Yeah, I should have included that link before:

I am quite sure, the discussion was locked by moderator. But the locking symbol is not showing.

can help to solve this.

The thread was located in a space that has been made read only.  See the warning:

I've moved it to an active space so you'll be able to work on it now.

Thank you very much, Jason.  I have reply links now, but I still cannot mark the answer as correct.  I have the Correct Answer button on Brian Sammond's post, but when I click it,, it does nothing.

Sometimes we need to reset the thread by unmarking it as a question, and then mark it again as a question.  I just did this and was able to mark Brian's reply as correct.

What exactly do you see when you are trying to mark a reply as "helpful" or "correct" answer? Don't you see "Reply to Original post" option at the last? Can you share screenshot?
