Prioritization regarding activating auto TO

Hi all ,

As of my knowledge , to activate creation auto TO , I think there are 3 areas where I need to maintain that settings ...

1. in movement type

2. by OMKZ tcode - Automatic TO ( back-ground processing )

3. by OMLR  - assignment of movement type mm-im to movement type le-wm ...

my asking is , which option is getting the more weight-age than the others ? and

how the background processing of activation of auto TO , is functioning ? and it necessary process or we can do it by another way ??

Please have a look on the existing thread on SCN where difference in between Immediate TO and Automatic is very well explained by the SCN team member (Andrzej Chmura )

Hi Arghya,

For activating Automatic TO, we need to follow these steps:

In OMKZ TCode, you set the indicator for automatic transfer order creation by choosing Control Data option.

Then in Movement Type, you need to give this indicator under "Automatic TO"

In OMLR, you activate only Immediate Transfer Order Creation and not Automatic TO.
