Command

Hi,

We are trying to show link for Submit for Approval command on Collection Renderer. What string should i use in command="string for submit for approval"?

I tried to use statemanagement_submit_mass command which is for list of resources but it is not what i am looking for. I am looking for submit for approval command for each resource. What text i should use in Desplayed Options(command=??)

Thanks

Kiran

    Hi Kiran,

there is no specific 'submit for approval' command. All commands regarding statemanagement and approval are generated dynamically during runtime. They depend on the state of the resource and there permissions of the user. If you use the commandgroup 'StatemanagementGroup' you will get only the 'submit' command if the user is author of the resource (has write permission) and the document is in state 'in progress'.

    regards

      Hi Andreas,

Thanks for your reply. I know they are shown depending on the State and Permissions. But what i am trying to do is show that Command Submit in a coulmn similar to file name. This can be done by modifying one of the Collection Renderer's Displayed properties. In that what string do we use to display Submit for aproval for example to display copy we use copy in command.

What should we use to display Submit for Approval button/link in a column next to resource name?

      Thanks

      Kiran
