LIS InfoStructures/Sources Procedure

Hi Gurus!

I am very new with LIS please guide me accordingly about the correct procedure. I will be extracting data from S9xx.

I followed the general steps to work with LIS InfoStructures/Sources. I go to OMO1 and couldn't find my LIS Infostructure S9xx, did I miss something here?. So, I tried to setup LIS Environment in RMCSBIWC and it was successful, then I generate InfoSource and check the necessary selection fields then save and 'DataSource 2LIS_03_S9xx has been successfully generated'. Then I delete environment/Datasource and it says "The update programs for info structure S913 are being regenerated!". What is this for? Then Delta Updating LIS Activate/Deactivate, it says "No update rules exist?". Then lastly, Generate Updating and it says, 'Delta updating is not possible in LIS'.

Am I on the right track? I think I'm missing something here. Is delta updating not really possible? I think I can do the initial update on the bw side. Your help will be greatly appreciated by assigning the highest points possible.
