Vendors not getting published from Sourcing 7.0 to ECC

Dear Experts,

In our SAP Sourcing System version 7.0 we are not being able to publish suppliers from Souring to ECC but opposite is working fine i.e Vendors are coming from ECC to sourcing perfectly fine.

When ever we are creating a supplier in Sourcing and trying to publish it to ECC the status always remains as "Create Supplier : Waiting For Response" . Even iDocs are not getting created and also in PI we are not getting any data in the inbound area.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Rakesh,

    Have you checked the communication channels in PI.. are any messages going out to the PI system (MA. PO's etc..)..  was it working before or has it never worked ?.

MA , PO are working fine.

But we have been facing issue with publishing supplier and this has not worked since starting.

We have checked in PI communication channel everything is being setuped as mention in the documents.

Whenever we are publishing suppliers from sourcing we are not getting any messages in PI.

Please check if the Interface and communication channel have been configured properly from PI side -

Communication Component (Sender): SAP Sourcing system

Interface : MI_OB_Supplier

Namespace :  http://sap.com/xi/Esourcing/SRMJS/OP

Communication Channel : CT_Generic_Receiving_IDOC_Channel_For_ERP_Inbound_IDOC
