SAP enterprise portal 7.5 browser compatibility

Hi,

We have upgraded our portal to Enterprise Portal 7.5 using launch pad.

Users which are using IE 9 and IE 10 ,portal is not working .Its shows blank page .But when for IE11 and Chrome its working fine.

Is there any way we can make the EP 7.5 works in IE9 and IE 10.

    Hi Safel

    Since January 2016 Microsoft has stopped its support for any Internet Explorer (IE) lower than IE11. SAP can't support a browser that isn't being supported by its manufacturer, as a result SAP doesn't support older IE either. Please use Internet Explorer 11 and above.

    Refer to KBA # 2398889 - Internet Explorer support for Enterprise Portal for recommendation to be followed for IE.

    Yes you are right!Upgrade will be good option.But upgrading all the systems in different locations :( not easy. We need to go live with FLP asap.

    Two questions:

    1 Check the attached PIC,its from sap and it says SAPUI5 in NW 7.5+ supports IE 9 .

    2 In general anyone using EP with Launch pad in IE 9.

    Hi Safel,

    In general, we found the root cause browser compatibility and blank page issue.

    For browser compatibility, need to implement the manual steps as per SAP Note 2309407.

    And blank page issue, we have to upgrade latest SP's for enterprise related components.

    Please check and post if you have any suggestions.
