Problem with transaction launcher and a popup

I startet a transaction launcher from CRM. The target is a transaction in a ERP system.

The jump form CRM to ERP is running. But if i open a popup in the ERP, i can not closed the popup.

The cross and the exit-button don't work.

Do somebody know the Problem?

Now, i know, that the Problem is not the transaction launcher. It is the ITS.

Hi Ahmed,

The issue could be due to that corresponding service is deactivated in SICF txn.. Identify the right service and and activate it.

This issue is happening on the ERP pop up ? Or on CRM Side?

Check for some notes,

Is your Transaction launcher set up to be displayed on a new window?

1) Execute the Transaction Launcher in "New Window" by setting the "New Window" flag

in Transaction Launcher customizing.

2) Set "LTX_QUIRKS_MODE" user parameter to "X" in SU3 transaction of the CRM system.

If this user parameter is not available after this Note is applied then you can add it

by performing following manual activities.

->transaction SM32

->Enter table TPARA

-> Select Package "CRM_BSP_UI_FRAME_LTX"

-> Add value "LTX_QUIRKS_MODE" and save.

Try using parameter: ~webgui_popups
