How to Transfer the Data From One Cube to Another Cube?
How cube will be partitioned?
I want to partitioned the Cube and My cube has Data, Query performance is very poor.
should i prefer to go with partition?.
Hi,
If your Info Cube has over loaded Data then obviously your Query performance decreases
But when ever you prefer to go partition you be very alert
Go with
Generate Export Data source for your cube
to Transfer the Data
By using 0Fiscper,0calmonth
you can partition your info cube

You only have the option currently to partition a cube on 0FISCPER or 0CALMONTH. You need to make sure your queries will restrict on whivhever partitioning characteristic you choose to gain anything from partitioning, e.g.
If you partition on 0FISCPER, a query that restricts to 0FISCYEAR will NOT benefit from the partitioning.
Did see a posting somewhere recently that suggested you could open a customer message to get info on partitioning an InfoCube on other characteristics besides 0FISCPER or 0CALMONTH.
