RFCEXEC.exe

Hi Experts,

I was going through some earlier posts and notes from SAP, that talk about executing applications on front end using RFCEXEC.exe. Can anyone point me to the place from where I can download the RFC SDK or the rfcexec.exe and the rfcexec.sec file??

Thanks,

Piyush

Hi Piyush,

You can find these files in your local ssytem Program

files. In the SAP Gui folder.

In your system try to locate RFCSDK folder in that

in Bin folder you can find the RFCEXEC.exe file.

Thanks&Regards,

Siri.

Hi,

RFC is normally used to execute other servers from development server. Say U want to retrieve some data from Production system but executing in development system U need RFC. There will be RFC function modules enabled in Development system which will be used in frontend to fetch data remotely from other systems.

Hope this helps U.

pl. award appropriate points.
