User : Phone Number

Hi all !!!

I want to display the phone number of a user into a simple report (information is into the SU01 transaction)...

In which table can I find this information ?

    Hi David,

    1. There are 2 tables:

    ADR2

    USR21

    2. From Usr21

    Get PERSNUMBER

    ADDRNUMBER

    For BNAME = username

    3. Then

    From ADR2

    Get TEL_NUMBER , etc.

    For Above

    ADDRNUMBER and

    PERSNUMBER

    You will get this in Table : PA0105.

    Here give one Personnel no so that check for USRID field.

    See the table,

    USR03

    field-TELPR

    Key to be passed is BNAME

    select telpr

    from usr03

    into table t_usr03

    where BNAME = <user>.

    ADR2 table contains all the telephone numbers.

    Hi David,

    If you want to get Phone no of SAP-USER...

    Select single pernr

    from PA0105

    where usrid = sy-uname

    and begda le sy-datum

    and endda ge sy-datum.

    if sy-subrc = 0.

    select telnr

    into v_telnr

    from pa0006

    where pernr = v_pernr

    and subty = '0001'

    and begda le sy-datum

    and endda ge sy-datum.

    If You Have Adrees Number ADRNR with that you can get Phone number from ADRC table

    The Table name is <b>USR03</b> and the fields are

    TELPR ,TELNR,TEL01,TEL02

    .

    You can use the function module SUSR_USER_ADDRESS_READ to get the phone number. Pass the user id to this function module it will return a structure USER-ADDRESS. These details are stored in ADRC table.
