C4C ticket integration with SAP ECC

Hi All,

We have integrated SAP C4C with ECC for the below scenario

=> Create a work ticket in C4C and assign the items relevant for the ECC replication.

My Problem: I created the ticket and assign the items to the ticket, The items got replicated successfully but the confirmation of the order is not replicated to C4C, I saw no IDOC has been created , not sure where to start from?

Any advice is much appreciated.
