SAP BPC (EPM Add-in) Parent Member is showing when Base level is selected

Hello SAP Community

I have a relatively new issue with SAP BPC. Have several reports where a base level is selected but only Parent is showing. Clear Cache didn't solve the issue. Would appreciate any help. I am using SAP BPC 10.0 SP20

May be it's better to change question tag to EPM Add-In for Excel

and secondary SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation, version for SAP NetWeaver

Could you clarify this issue - providing screenshots is always a good idea, as this way other users can understand what you are seeing.

For example, if in the member selector I select "base members" on the dimension value

In the report, it will show base members of the Account dimension
