Hi,

I have a Date Picker, how can i make the user to select only date from datepicker instead of users keying their dates?

Users should not key in anything in the field.

But that's what the DatePicker is, an input field with a calendar helper

If you don't want users to enter a date (which IMO is a huge UX flaw), alternatively you could use the sap.me.Calendar or sap.ui.unified.Calendar controls, and have it show/hide upon clicking a button or something

Thank you Robin, didn't know of other two controls you mentioned.

I have to work on it, and see how i can customize it.
