How to add the particu;ar column data received in excel

My requirement is to add the particular column data received in excel and then upload through bdc , the requirement as below

The excel data i given below based on the particular material i need to update through bdc like this but for same material if we are receiving two entries in excel like material ARAB LIGHT-XX i need to sum up phusical inv data enties at the end of that material

Location	Tank	Material	Start Date	UoM	S	PhysicalInv
Batonrou		ARAB LIGHT-XX	25.10.2014	BBL	G	12
Batonrou		ARAB LIGHT-XX	25.10.2014	BBL	G	13

the output after upload it should be as below i hope it will be good understanding please help me o n this

try to use consolidate function in excel and then upload the data.

No i have to do after receiving data in excel then i need oerform in sap itself...
