Hi All,

We have a scenario where we need to pay some extra amount to 50-60 employees in this month.

It is like a bonus or incentive kind of thing.

These employees are related to different sub groups.

We have a regular wage types where we already configured.

How to configure this scenario.

Regards,

Sumana

HI,

You can include that Wage type (which you have configured) under Wage type type group 15 i.e additional payments.

Finally you can go for Fast Entry for those employees on a particular date..

Yes, you can include this regular wage type in Additional Payment.

SPRO-IMG-Personnel Administration- Personnel Administration-Payroll Data-Additional Payments --Wage Types --Check wage type group 'Additional Payments'--

You will get list of wage type for Addition Payment..

Now click on New Entries & Here you need to enter that regular wage type (So it will be displayed in Wage type group 0015)

Finally check ....Check Wage Type Catalog..Check Entry Permissibility for Additional Payments--Check wage type characteristics..& look for that Regular Wage type. if not found then include it by creating a new entry,,

Finally, Regular Wage type will be included in Additional Payments. Then go for Fast Entry..

Your issue will be resolved..
