How to change the field labels from English to German language.

Hi Experts,

I have added 2 more fields for the output of the standard transaction ME2L.

I have added in English Language. Now i want to display those field labels in German Language.

How can i get this.Please help.

You need to translate the label of the data element in German by SE63

Have you added these fields into the dictionary or where exactly? If in dictionary then simply click on goto -> translate (available for many objects).

I have added these fields in the dictionary.

Description of ZZEEIND and ZZMENGE which i added in the dictionary should display in German language on the output screen.

Hi Jyothi,

Go to the Data element of the fields. Select Goto->Translation in the menu and select the Target language as 'DE' (German) in the popup box and press enter.

In the next screen, under the DDTEXT, enter the German description and Save.
