How to hang a excel document in SAP portal of SRM

Hi experts!!

I need to hang a link to a excel document who is saved in local in SAP portal of SRM, into section reports. sound me that there are a easy way to do it. Can anyone helps us?

We have got a netweaver 7.01 portal
