Data for new Solman CRM_UI report


I am new to Solman and have to develop a report for calculating the SLA deviations and percentage of work completed.

I have done the same in the Solman 7.0 where service desk uses CRM_DNO_MONITOR. I get the data from the standard report and make the necessary modifications as per my requirement. But I just realized that CRM_DNO_MONITOR and its tables are not used /filled in new Web based CRM_UI (Solman 7.1).

I found that it is getting triggered by a BSP application CRM_UI_START, but I cant figure out where the data is being fetched from. Can you gurus please help in this and shed some light on how the data is fetched, probably some background abap report / table.

    Hi Suzie,

    In ITSM report AI_CRM_PROCESS_SLA to update SLA data for incidents.

    Also check the below table ,may be it will help to get the data.
