Integration : CRM PCM with CRM ECC

Dear Team,

In our Scenario - CRM PCM with ECC is being used. Company wants to maintain of their primary Customer and then Secondary & Tertiary Sales.

1. Primary Sales -  Primary Sales is happening in ECC system.

2. Secondary/Tertiary Sales - Secondary & Tertiary Sales need to happen in CRM.

Can anyone Please suggest how we can do that Process ?

Hi Frds ,

Can anyone let me know what is the standard process for Secondary/Tertiary Sales in CRM PCM(with ECC system being used for Primary Sales):

1. Company to Distributor sale in ECC system

2.  Distributors(approx. 400) to lower level distrbutor through CRM PCM.

3. Distributor to retailers through CRM system.

4. Retailer to customer through CRM system.

Important Point :All distributor and Retialers will have access of CRM system.
