If its direct update, you can change infopackage settings and then load data.

or

Is ur master data time dependent?? coz duplicate records should be overwritten...

Force the request to red and Delete the request in MAsterdata object then try this

Info package -> processing tab-> select only PSA also please check the option  ignore duplicate records check box and load data again to PSA . Then go to PSA and update the request to masterdata.

Hi,

for master data source, at info pack,  Processing tab, there will be options to ignore the double data records.

please tick that option and delete failed request.

again reload/ retrigger your info pack.

Assumed your doing full load.

Thanks

Is your update type is "PSA only"? Then only you can see option of ignore duplicate records.

check it carefully at info pack level, process tab or share your processing tab screen.

at processing tab you have Only psa option.against to that option you may see ignore double data records in disable mode. if you select only psa then only those will be enabled.

Hi Raki,

As you mentioned, PSA has no data .

0Material also has no record in it, then check your source data , does it come with duplicate data?

If the source contains duplicate records , then in the infopackage  , select the check box Ignore Double data records.

Make sure you delete all the red requests in the target as advised earlier.

hope it helps.

Regards,

Sudhir
