Time zone issue

Hi All,

We have a particular delivery output ZLPS which is an email sent to transporter. User is based in US and processing deliveries. When a delivery is GI'd in SAP after 7pm EST time, the pickup/delivery dates are automatically changed to the following day. This is due to SAP logging activities in GMT and recording the GMT date as opposed to the Local Date.

Once this happens, SAP modifies the pick/deliver dates to the next day.  This change triggers the ZLPS output to send an updated file to the LEAN TMS updating our carriers with the new pick/delivery date. 

the requirement is now that the output must not be triggered with the following day's date when goods issued between 7 pm and 12 midnight EST time.

So is the requirement not to trigger the output or to trigger the output but with a different date in it? Either way will most likely require ABAP.
