Crypto in ABAP

Hi,

I'm looking for a way of encrypt a file with some sort of cryptography (PGP, …) in ABAP. The file is created via a program with "OPEN DATASET XXX FOR OUTPUT" on the sap application server. Is there any ABAP library or function that allows me to encrypt this file?

Thnx for your help,

    Hi!

The standard and common way to handle encryption in R/3 is to use Secure Store and Forward (SSF) mechanisms.
