Autoamtic selection of prompts on webi report

Hi All,

I have created webi report & it has multiple prompts.Now I want select the prompt values automatically. Please provide me the solution.

Hi Amardip,

When you say "selecting the prompt value automatically", which value do you want to choose? first value, last value or some other value?

If there is a value which you wish to enter everytime, you can choose it once and you can choose "Keep Last Selected value" option checked in prompt properties.

After that you will have to just refresh the report and click OK on prompt window without choosing any prompt value.

You can also keep the prompt optional in case you dont wish to enter any value.

Every month i have change the prompts values automatically.
