Re-processing failed inbound queues

Hi,

During the sync of Service confirmations from ECC to CRM we are seeing numerous queues (R3AD*) getting failed and they mention to check SMW01 transaction.

I checked the BDocs and found that those in F05 status with the same queue name are failed due to user locking of the Service Contract.

Is there any where to avoid the locking between contracts or automatic re-processing the queues in case of failures.

Currently its requiring lot of manual effort to reprocess the queues so that ECC and CRM are in sync.
