I am sure that this question has been asked a ton of times. I have now been using SAP for a year and have not found the best solution.....
Lets say i have a manufactured part that i set a reorder point of 1,000,000 pcs..
I also do not want a planned order until the stock drops to 504,000pcs.
I am trying to find the correct MPR settings to look at the MRP requirements. Customer Orders, deliveries, Production Orders and generate a planned order when the system reaches a net of 504,000pcs below reorder point...
I have tried ZB Type and HB lot size...V1 Type and HB lot size. There must be a way this works that simple.
Stock - Customer Orders - Deliveries + Production Orders = Net Requirement....
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Hi Vic,
You'd rather post this question to ERP-related forum because this one is dedicated to SAP ME and MII solutions. Please use Site Index or try to search for a proper site.

Sergiy
