Currently we are in CRM 5.2. Implementing CTI integration with third party vendor.
I have done required config as per -- /people/stephen.johannes/blog/2008/05/21/crm-contact-center-simulator-setup.
Issue : When I log into CIC Ready/Not ready is NOT displayed ( We dont have the integration yet with third party system for telephony, intent here is to test CSS simulation)
In ICI trace I see following error
Message class 0
message number 7
message (ICI Error occurred in method CL_BCB_SYSTEM->GET_WORKCENTER_CAPABILITY)
Appreciate any pointers on resolving the issue.
