Maintain settlement rule

Dear Sir,

While executing MD04 ,when I am converting planned order to process order,after double clicking on "Entry option:Group" .I get this Screen

"Maintain Settlement Rule:Overview".After i take back it goes into Process order screen.

Can you please advise how can i avoid this "Maintain Settle Rule "Screen from this process.

Hi Sweta,

  That error because you didn't maintain the settlement profile in the production order or process order type. Go to T-code OPJH and maitian the settlement profile.

Hi Shweta ,

Please check the setting once of the settlement profile which is maintained in the production order type. Please get back to us .

Is it possible to share the screen shot of settlement profile

In Tcode OKO7, we need to tick not for settlement.

Please go to OKO7

Maintain your Settlement profile and assign same settlement profile in Oder type , Tcode:  OPJH,

In settlement profile Actual cost/Cost of sales maintained "To be setteled in Full"

Or

You can go to Co02 , Select header go to Settelment Rule Overview
