Error Occur when trying to select Item List

Hi Experts,

Machine gets Hang when trying to select Item List  in  row level PO,SO ect as well as in item master Data when Pressing Star ( * ) .

and when trying to close this window then error occur as close the program and problem occur on server itself

Test Database is working fine.

worked around

1.Restarted  the machine

2.Restarted services

using SBO 9.0 PL 7

OS-Window 7 Professional

Please Find the Two Error Attachments

Hi Experts

Problem get solve

I selected only Item Group in choose from list and it displays fine

Earlier when i am trying to go to form setting through Item Master Tab or through Row level from document But that time It gets hang Then I tried though Item Management then select Item List and then Form Setting get Open for me and then I selected Item Group only & works Fine

I came to near . I update Choose from list  from item management and remove Item Group then  it is going to show me item code Item code and other field In PO,So,Item master

works fine but what about Item Group

Hi

I have checked the Note 2002280 as Nagarajan Sir given earlier

i executed the Query SELECT * FROM OITM T0 WHERE T0."ItemCode" =[%0]

give by Note and Query works fine

Is this SBO 9.0 PL 7 problem?

please help me for this

If the query works fine means, there is no problem with existing version and PL.

yes there is more data in Live system compare to Test Database

and when i am trying to go to form setting then error occur as i had attached in attachment

Have you tried search by key word instead of * , type some char with * and try...

Alternatively you can run simple query to retrieve required data instead of using *.

In the help screen have you added any group by field , if so remove the group function and try ...

Also if run any add on pls stop the add on and try

Hi,

System hangs due to more memory consumption by your selection criteria. Add some more condition to retrieve the data from DB.

In test DB, there may be less transaction as compared to your LIVE DB. so that  there is no such error.
