Sales Order Statuses not flowing from ERP into C4C via HCI

Dear Experts,

We have integrated SAP C4C with ERP via HCI. We have created a followup ‘Sales Order’ from an opportunity in C4C.

On creating the followup sales order this gets created in SAP ERP perfectly & we get back the sales order/inquiry number in C4C,but we do not get any status,eg : creation dates,overall status etc (under SALES DOCUMENT tab under opportunity in C4C)..it just comes back with the sales order number & the inquiry number.. thats it.

1) We have already configured the 'Communication Arrangements ' in C4C, with this scenario as below & are working :

Opportunity with followup business Transaction in External System ------ >(Outbound from C4C) -->Create Followup Business Transaction doc from Oppt.

                                                                                                            (Inbound to C4C) -->Update opportunity from followup business transaction document.

Do we need any other communication arrangement to bring back the status ?  

2) In HCI we have configured the following iflows  & they are working  :

COD to ERP Opportunity followup Replicate

ERP to Cod Opportunity Replicate

Do we need any other iflows to bring back the status ?  eg : ''Sales document query in ERP "

Please let me know if  anyone have any working scenario of Creating a Sales Order in ERP from an Opportunity in C4C via HCI working with the ''STATUS  values'' present like creation date,overall status etc, in the Sales Document tab under any Opportunity . Thanks in advance.

Hello Indrashish,

I don't think so that sales order data related data actually flows into C4C. Only the doc flow is getting migrated. You can go through the standard integration mappings provided by SAP in Service marketplace for reference.
