How Settlement of Production order would be analyzed?

Hi Expert,

My client requirement is to analyze Production Order Variance after the settlement. I tried the following report, but none of these report give me a completed detail.

KKBC_ORD

KOB1

KOC4.

Also my client is not maintain the Target cost, DO you thing that why I am not getting any data populated in above reports.

Hi Shoeb,

You may change the report layout by pulling out the below fields from KKBC_ORD report:

Variance, Input Price Variance, Input Quantity Variance, Lot Size Variance, Mixed-Price Variance, Output Price Variance, Output Quantity Variance, Remaining Input Variance, Remaining Variance, Resource Usage Variance, and Scrap Variance.

You can just display "Variance" alone or you can analyse its variance category (the rest of the above variance).

Hi Shoeb,

Couple of options to review production order variances.

1.COPA -Settle production order variances to COPA by variances categories

2.Load data in COPC,after settlement using KKRV load data and use S_ALR_87013139/S_ALR_87013140 to review variances by plant or material or order etc
