Emailing from Delivery Output VLO2N?

Hi, Im realtivily new to SAP and I was wondering if there was a way to Email a BOL from the Delivery Output

When I go to delivery output and then header, I am presented with an output type. We already can fax a bill directly, but is there a way I can email a BOL directly from SAP.

Could you please maybe explain to a newbie on how to execute the mail output under VT02N please. I am having a bit of trouble following.

Robert, every SCN member is supposed to search before posting, there are no exceptions to this rule. Google search for 'delivery output email site:sap.com' finds 24,600 results, were none of them helpful?

If you have a specific question, please feel free to update the post, but requesting a "how to" on something that already has so many posts on SCN doesn't seem reasonable.

You might want to check this blog and this one on how to post the questions more efficiently. Otherwise please don't be surprised if your discussions get removed.

If i could just export the BOL as a local file that would be great to and then i could email it as an attachment. Any way to do this?

Hi Robert,

You can use transaction VT02N, please use the standard program RV56TD00, Form routine Entry and Form SHIPMENT_DOC. I did execute the mail output here in our internal systems using the Mail Title and texts from the output customizing and the mail was generated as expected.
