Please setup CCMS alert monitoring using RZ20 to receive alerts when a message fails.

You can check them from CCMS/RZ20 as Reagan Benjamin and Deepak Kori have said.

You can use technical and PI monitoring in additional to this, if you have solman 7.1

As this is a Java only stack then CCMS monitoring from RZ20 is irrelevant.

Not really, all we need is solman as CEN. If there is an MTE for this, then it's possible I believe.

Even, if using GRMG, RZ20 will be used to monitor web services.

Hi Sri,

Use GRMG Lite to monitor and emails when it fails.

I have already posted a link for that.

It's easy, and a small task to configure.

It gets absorbed in your current CCMS architecture and mailing method.
