SAP Lumira displays "Not a subscription user" for ArcGIS Online account

Hello,

I have created free trial ArcGIS online account and specified this user in SAP Lumira 1.17.1 Preferences / GEO Map Service.

But when I try to visualize my Location data on Geo Map visualization I get an error message "Not a subscription user".

Did anyone encountered this message? Maybe this message is related to Trial account type?

Hi Donatas,

Just to double-check: the account you have created is related to ArcGIS specifically or it is an ESRI account? The account should be an ArcGIS trial account.

Also, have you activated the account to start?

Thank you for your prompt answer.

Indeed, I had and ESRI account - this was the reason for this error. When I created ArcGIS Online account SAP Lumira started to work correctly.

Yes, indeed, SAP Lumira is a great analysis and visualization tool. Mapping features makes SAP Lumira even more useful and powerful.

Have you restarted Lumira already and tried again?

Other option (I guess you checked already): The account should be an ArcGIS trial account.
