saplogon.ini

Hello,

I am looking for a way to read the saplogon.ini file to get the list of available systems. I have two questions:

1. SAP Logon Configuration (Options in SAP Logon) has the path for saplogon.ini. Where can I retrieve this from? Is it stored in some other config file or somewhere in the registry?

2. I am writing an application using librfc32.dll. Is there some API which can give me the list of all available systems from saplogon.ini OR do I have to write code for reading these from the ini file?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

Thanks guys! My first problem is resolved - refer to OSS note 38119.

I am still wondering if there is any direct interface which I can use for reading the systems available - through librfc32.dll or something else!

    Thanks.

    Hi,

you can check, if the environment-variable "SAPLOGON_INI_FILE" is setted.

This contains the fullpath to the saplogon.ini file.
