Overview of materials with long replenishment lead times.

Hello people.

First discussion/question for me, on this forum. I hope you can help.

I need to attain an overview of our externally procured materials with a replemenishment lead time of more than, for instance, three weeks - 21 days.

We are currently using MRP as the sole procedure for demand planning, but are considering using reorder based planning for materials with longer replenishment lead times than our current order horizon (3 weeks). With our immediate setup, we may at some point run into a problem, where a specific material is needed throughout our production, but a purchase requisition is only generated three weeks ahead of material stock-out and the actual lead time of a material procured from China is closer to one hundred days. Not exactly an ideal situation.

So...

I do not necessarily need a report, but what transaction code can I use to display all materials with a replenishment lead time of 22 days or more? Is this possible?

Hi,

you can find out material list In tcode se16 enter table MARC and select the field WZEIT.

It seems I'm not able to select WZEIT in the MARC table.
