Mobile Application and SAP dot net connector 3.0

Hello Everyone,

Is it possible to develop a mobile application using Following.

• Visual Studio 2012
• C# Language
• SAP .Net Connector 3.0 to extract data from SAP to mobile app.

I know that SAP Net Weaver Gateway is supporting data extraction for Non SAP application including mobile,
developed in VS. But Before confirming SAP Net Weaver Gateway for my requirement , I want to know only whether .Net Connector 3.0 can be used for mobile application development in VS or not.
